The surgeons of Cautilli Orthopaedic Surgical Specialists, PC are affiliated with St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, the most comprehensive medical center in Bucks County with a staff of more than 500 physicians, 2,400 employees and 700 volunteers.

The Center for Joint Replacement at St. Mary Medical Center is the first in Pennsylvania to receive the Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission for its excellence in caring for patients who are in need of joint replacement surgery.

As its Director, Dr. George Cautilli has been instrumental not only in helping to develop the Program but also with its ongoing improvements in delivering excellence in patient care before, during and after surgery. 

State of the Art Surgical techniques and prostheses are utilized and performed in two new surgical suites in the Operating Room. Highly organized nursing care and physical therapy are utilized postoperatively to complete the hospital course with most patients being able to be discharged to home in three to four days and often returning to work between two to six weeks.
